Our engineers are trained by LiuGong the manufacturer and have access to genuine local parts held at our nationwide facilities. We realise the importance of uptime and our team will strive to always deliver “Best in Class Customer Service”.

Parts

LiuGong’s European Spare Parts Distribution Centre in Poland has a surface area of 3,500 m2. The distribution facility supplies the thousands of parts needed to support our customers; everything from filters & oils to ground engaging components, to parts for drivelines & hydraulic systems.

30,000 line items of inventory — With dedicated shelving and racking systems optimized for storage and accessibility for our parts inventory.

Advanced warehouse management system (SAP) — provides better inventory management, tracking and warehouse efficiency.

Our parts are held locally at our eight facilities, we understand the importance of uptime and have a state-of-the-art parts system for delivering parts the next day.

Training

LiuGong provide professional comprehensive in house, online, and offline training and materials for all levels of service and operation to ourselves as a dealer.

Their systemized training system is designed to help you and your team get the most out of your LiuGong machines right from the start. Continuously Learning and developing.

We have a dedicated training centre in Altrincham in Manchester that houses the European research and development centre.
